This week’s new movies arriving to digital and on demand platforms include some pretty big ones: Spider-Man: Brand New Day dropped earlier this week, and so did the white-knuckle fear-of-heights thriller Fall 2: Deadpoint.
If you’re more in the mood for supernatural terror, you can also catch Insidious: Out of The Further, the sixth installment in the Insidious franchise. The film stars Amelia Eve as Gemma Hall, a young woman whose ability to bring spirits to the mortal world ends up with her being haunted by malevolent forces.
These are just a few of the films that are available to watch on Amazon Prime Video, iTunes, YouTube, and through your cable service this week. Check out what movies are available to buy or rent on demand now.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day
Spider-Man: Brand New Day: heard of it? It’s only the highest-grossing film of 2026 so far, earning upwards of $2.4 billion worldwide. The movie, which stars Tom Holland as Spidey from Queens, a.k.a. Peter Parker, as well as Zendaya, Jon Bernthal, Sadie Sink, Jacob Batalon and Florence Pugh, is available to rent or buy on digital platforms this week.
Fall 2: Deadpoint
Fall 2: Deadpoint is the sequel to the 2022 survival thriller Fall, which was a surprise box office hit about best friends Becky and Shiloh, who find themselves stranded atop a 2,000 foot-tall tower.
Fall 2: Deadpoint mixes things up with a new cast, including Harriet Slater as Jax Hunter, Shiloh’s older sister who is – four-year-old spoiler alert! – grieving her sister’s death. Jax clearly doesn’t learn from her sister’s experience, though, and finds herself trapped on Mount Kwan, a steep (but fictional) peak in Thailand. The new film co-stars Arsema Thomas and Tom Brittney, and Grace Caroline Currey reprises her role as Becky from the first film.
