Sofรญa Vergara shared a pointed post about “narcissistic men” after her ex-husband, Joe Manganiello, made headlines for bashing her in his upcoming memoir.

The Instagram Story, originally shared by her son, Manolo, reflected on “dealing with a narcissist” and contrasted their behavior to that of “good men.”

“Remember kids … it doesn’t matter how much you do for a [narcissist],” the “Modern Family” alum’s 35-year-old told his followers.

“They will resent you for it and nothing will ever be enough and they’ll always somehow try to paint you as the bad guy,” Manolo continued.

The social media upload concluded with celebratory emojis of clapping hands, champagne and a dancing woman.

The graphic’s bulleted points included statements about narcissists “crav[ing] superiority” and “act[ing] like Peter Pan,” among other faults.

The previous evening, Vergara shared another telling re-post about “the ability to laugh at oneself” being a sign of “the highest form of intelligence,” while the “inability” to laugh is proof of “dealing with an idiot.”

Tom Brady, who originally shared the post, wrote that “life’s too short to be too serious,” which Vegara co-signed with clapping emojis.

Reps for Manganiello and Vergara did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

According to People, Manganiello writes in “Bloodlines,” out Oct. 13, that his marriage to Vegara was “devoid of any emotionality whatsoever” by the end.

He alleges his former spouse refused to hug him — even when he begged for an embrace — during his near-fatal battle with an autoimmune disease.

The “True Blood” alum also claims Vergara “ridiculed” him for the dog he adopted while suicidal in 2019.

Manganiello, notably, never received a diagnosis for the years of grueling symptoms he endured before ultimately finding healing via a shaman in Santa Monica.

The “Magic Mike” star describes the health struggles in his book, which he calls a means of setting the record straight since “there were things said and printed about [him] that were false.”

His comment is seemingly a reference Vergara’s 2024 interview with Men’s Journal about their split the previous year, during which she said the relationship ended over Manganiello’s desire to have kids.

“I didnโ€™t want to be an old mom,” Vegara, who welcomed Manolo in 1991 with ex Joe Gonzalez, said. “I feel itโ€™s not fair to the baby. I respect whoever does it, but thatโ€™s not for me anymore.”

Manganiello, however, clarifies in “Bloodlines” that they gave up on IVF because of his health battle since he didnโ€™t want to die and leave his partner with a child who had been created from an egg donor and โ€œwasnโ€™t biologically hers.”

He and Vergara married in November 2015 after less than a year of dating and finalized their divorce in February 2024.

Manganiello is now engaged to Caitlin O’Connor, with whom he told the outlet he wants children “if that’s meant for” him.

Vegrara, for her part, is in a relationship with jewelry executive Douglas Chabbott.
