Chad Lowe has returned to Instagram for the first time since the tragic death of his 13-year-old daughter, Fiona.

Taking to his Instagram Stories Thursday, the actor reposted footage from Olivia Hunt’s β€œOn Healing” podcast, which featured guest Gerry Hussey discussing energy and faith.

“We are all part of the frequency,” Hussey says in the clip. “We both possess the human and the divine.”

Hussey adds, “Through consciousness and awareness when we awaken the peaceful observer and we get beyond our physical human emotions and our physical human needs and the needs of the ego, and we just let go and we release all that and we connect to a feeling, that is the divine frequency.”

He notes that one has to “just trust” and let go of “the human ego” to reach “Christ consciousness.”

“When you ask yourself the deeper, bigger questions and you move beyond human existence and through meditation or something else, you experience the transcendental experience,” he says. “We are connected to everything that is, it just makes sense and there’s nothing there but peace in love.”

Hussey, who’s an author, speaker and an executive coach, appeared on the “On Healing” podcast in June 2025.

Lowe’s Los Angeles community has been rallying around him and his family β€” which includes wife Kim Painter and daughters Mabel, 17, and Nixie, 10 β€” after the devastating death of Fiona, who died by suicide last month.

β€œSeveral families from Fiona’s school have reached out offering how to help,” a source told Page Six.

β€œMeal trains as well as GoFundMe accounts were offered because everyone seems to want to help. They are only sharing things with their very small, private circle.”

Page Six has learned the family has kindly declined the offers.

The family has been embracing tributes to Fiona, however. Mabel reposted tributes from Fiona’s former dance teacher and the youth club and camp she once attended to her Instagram Stories.

Mabel also paid tribute to her younger sister with a heartbreaking Instagram post.

“I love you so much fiona ❀️ i wish your short time here was easier and i hope your mind is at ease now,” she wrote alongside a carousel of childhood photos of the two together.

“I will honor you forever and keep your memory alive. I love you, i hope you knew just how much.”

Lowe β€” who’s Rob Lowe’s younger brother β€” is best known for his role as Jesse McKenna on the ABC drama “Life Goes On,” for which he won an Emmy in 1993. He later starred as Byron Montgomery in “Pretty Little Liars” from 2010 to 2017.

In December 2025, Lowe, 58, gushed about being a dad to three daughters during his appearance on the “Still Here Hollywood” podcast.

β€œIt’s so interesting because always wanting to have my own experiences and not live in the shadow or follow in the footsteps of somebody, I get the experience of being a girl dad, which is such a privilege,” he said at the time.
