Celine Dion took a scary tumble during her residency show at the Plenitude Arena in Paris on Wednesday.
Per a video shared on Instagram by Gary Francq, the “Power of Love” singer was performing her 1998 song “Dans un autre monde.”
At one point, Dion hopped on one foot several times before slipping and falling to the floor.
However, the five-time Grammy winner got right back on her feet and flashed a thumbs-up at the crowd as she continued singing.
Francq told Storyful he was “very surprised and worried when [he] saw her fall” but was “impressed to see her get back up and continue dancing as if nothing had happened.”
Despite the incident, Francq said it was “an incredible evening.”

Dion, 58, made an emotional return to the stage last month when she kicked off her Paris residency amid her ongoing battle with stiff person syndrome.
“I promised not to cry. Tonight I want to sing for you, for me, for life,” she told the sold-out crowd.
“Finally. It’s amazing we’re all together. I made a promise. I made a promise to come back and be back on stage,” the “My Heart Will Go On” songstress added.
Dion then thanked her fans for their “support” and “patience” before delivering a heartfelt nod to her 1996 hit “Because You Loved Me.”
In March, the pop star announced she would be returning for 10 “unforgettable shows” in Paris.
Dion shared her stiff person syndrome diagnosis in 2022 when she was forced to cancel several concerts.
The condition “is a rare autoimmune neurological disorder that most commonly causes muscle stiffness and painful spasms that come and go and can worsen over time,” per John Hopkins Medicine.
