Meredith Marks talks ‘48-hour’ facelift recovery at VRT Awards 2026

A facelift can’t hold Meredith Marks back.

The “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star, 54, revealed she was only in bed for two days after going under the knife in February.

“I was down for 48 hours, and after that I was pretty much fine,” she told Page Six Style while walking the red carpet at our second annual “Virtual Reali-Tea” 2026 Awards hosted at New York City’s Edison Ballroom on Tuesday night.

“I wasn’t running around and going crazy or anything,” Marks clarified. “But I DJ’d about a week and a half, two weeks later. I think it was 12 days post-facelift.”

The reality star gushed over her Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, Dr. Garo Kassabian, labeling him as a “genius.”

VRT stars Danny Murphy and Evan Real hosted the star-studded event and announced Marks as the winner of the Style Icon of the Year award.

Marks has been open about her plastic surgery, telling Marie Claire in September that she “never had any intention of hiding it.”

“I got to the point last year where everything on my face felt heavy,” she explained. “I wanted to lighten and brighten. I was itching to look like a more refreshed version of myself.”

Marks shared the surgery was “a bespoke face and neck lift using a combination of endoscopic and deeper-plane techniques.”

Additionally, the Bravo star told the outlet the procedure was so minimal that some people had “no idea.”

Recalling a meeting with the “RHOSLC” production team, she said, “I had to spell it out for them.”

Marks credited her speedy recovery to no alcohol and an anti-inflammatory diet, along with red light therapy and copper peptides.

The Bravolebrity also discussed her procedure on Season 7 of the reality series.

Marks is no stranger to cosmetic surgery, and has previously undergone three breast reductions in an effort to fix a condition that results in uncontrollable breast tissue growth.
