Kylie Kelce apologized for referring to Kate Middleton as “Princess Kate” on her podcast.

“I love learning, so I was unaware that calling Princess Catherine Princess Kate was offensive,” Kylie said on Thursday’s episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast.

“I didn’t know that. Now I know that. Now I will proceed accordingly,” the mom of four added. “I apologize for the mistake. I would like to refer to people in the most respectful way and how they feel respected.”

Kylie, 34, then issued a direct apology to the future queen: “Princess Catherine or the Princess of Wales, I apologize. I will get that sorted immediately starting now.”

Middleton’s formal title has been Catherine, Princess of Wales since September 2022, when Prince William became the Prince of Wales and his father, Charles, was named king following Queen Elizabeth II’s death.

Before that, Middleton, 44, was known as the Duchess of Cambridge after her and William’s wedding in 2011.

Kylie misaddressed Middleton when she invited the royal to be a guest on her podcast last week.

“Princess Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, if you ever wanted to come on and chitchat about some field hockey and maybe kids. I don’t know. We got a couple things in common,” Kylie said on the Sept. 24 episode of “Not Gonna Lie.”

Kylie also noted that their “husbands chitchatted on the other podcast,” referring to how William, 44, appeared on Jason and Travis Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast in July.

On Thursday’s “Not Gonna Lie” episode, Kylie read a comment from a listener who said Middleton “is too refined and beautiful to be subjected to [Kylie’s] cursing.”

“You’ll need to clean up your act,” the comment added, which Kylie said she agrees with.

Kylie then explained that she wants Middleton on her podcast so they can discuss that they both played field hockey, the royal’s cancer battle and more.

“Do I think she has time to hop on this podcast? No, I do not,” Kylie admitted. “I don’t think that.”

Kylie also clarified that while she “loves curse words,” she’d never utter an expletive in front of Middleton.

“At the end of the day, I am respectful of the situations that I am put in, at least being respectful to the people I am speaking to,” Kylie said.

Kylie’s husband and brother-in-law famously met William and his kids Prince George, 13, and Princess Charlotte, 11, backstage at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour show in London in June 2024.

After the concert, the “Opalite” singer, 36, snapped a selfie with the royal trio and Travis, 36.

Middleton did not attend the concert, which took place three months after she revealed her cancer diagnosis.
