The transition to offers and orders takes collaboration across the industry. 🤝 ARC took part in IATA’s Offers & Orders Demo Day last month. The event brought together dozens of airlines and technology providers, with 13 live multivendor demonstrations showing how independent systems can work together to support modern airline retailing. ARC led a demo showcasing our focus on reporting and settlement through ARC Connex Orders™. Our demo followed a single order end to end across four independent systems. PROS generated an offer for a customer in the indirect channel, and that offer was booked through OpenJaw Technologies' agency portal. That order was then reported into Accelya's FLX ONE Order Accounting and settled between the airline and the agency through ARC Connex Orders. This was not a mockup. It was a working order moving from one system to the next. If you want to talk about what reporting and settlement on orders looks like for your business, get in touch. Thank you to International Air Transport Association (IATA), our demo partners and the ARC teams who made our participation possible. We’re excited to continue working together to turn the offers and orders vision into practice. #AirlineRetailing #ARCConnex #OffersAndOrders #NDC #ONEOrder

Business Travel Show America is almost here! ✈️ We’re looking forward to joining travel leaders from across the industry in New York next week to talk about what’s next for corporate travel — from greater visibility into how business travel is booked to new ways of connecting managed and unmanaged travel. And we’re especially excited to see ARC’s own Hansini Sharma Woodbury take the stage for the Innovation Faceoff, where she’ll showcase Traverse, our solution designed to help bring greater visibility to corporate travel, including travel booked directly with airlines and hotels. If you’ll be at #BTSA2026, come say hello! We’d love to connect.

For LGBTQ+ History Month, we had the incredible opportunity to hear from Brian K. Bond, CEO of PFLAG National, the nation's largest organization dedicated to supporting, educating and advocating for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them. It was a meaningful moment for our community to learn about PFLAG's history and reflect on the tremendous impact each of our actions can have in the world today. A heartfelt thank you to ARC Pride for coordinating this event, and to Brian for sharing his time and insight with us!

Established in partnership with ARC and International Air Transport Association (IATA), Direct Data Solutions (DDS) gives airlines access to one of the industry’s most comprehensive sources of global airline sales data. ✈️ As co-leaders of DDS, ARC and IATA work closely with airlines to evolve the solution. Last week in Montreal, ARC team members helped lead the DDS User Forum and Advisory Group — bringing airlines together to share insights, discuss priorities and shape what’s next for DDS. Thank you to IATA and all the airlines that continue to make this solution possible. We’re proud to help lead this important industry effort.
