Hannah Cain, a 45-year-old who served as a doctor for Queen Camilla and other members of the royal family, was killed over the weekend.
Her husband, Mark Cain, has been arrested and charged with her murder, prosecutors revealed Wednesday.
While hosting a sleepover for her three kids on Sunday, Hannah suffered a “blunt force injury to the right side of her head” and had an injury “that could be suggestive of compression of the neck.”
