Singapore Airlines Unveils New Amenity Kits, Adds Pajamas In Business Class

In November 2026, Singapore Airlines is expected to unveil its new generation cabins, including an all-new first and business class. Ahead of that, the airline is announcing improvements to its soft product. Just recently, the carrier announced plans to upgrade dining across cabins. Now the airline has announced plans to upgrade amenities across cabins, which is another exciting development… with this, we’ll also see pajamas offered in business class for the first time!

New Singapore Airlines inflight amenities across cabins

Singapore Airlines is introducing a range of new inflight amenities across all cabin classes. Here’s how Yeoh Phee Teik, the carrier’s SVP of Customer Experience, describes these updates:

“Singapore Airlines is continuously finding ways to elevate the moments that matter to our customers in every cabin class. This is why we have carefully curated our new range of amenities, from skincare and personal care products to sleepwear and travel essentials, to support the enhanced comfort, rest, and well-being of our customers during their journeys with us.”

So, what all is changing? In first class and Suites, Singapore Airlines will be introducing amenity kits in partnership with French luxury cosmetics brand Sisley — cosmetics products don’t get much higher end than that. Sisley products will also be available in lavatories. Next, passengers will receive new 100% cotton sleeper suits, designed for greater breathability and comfort, and coral fleece slippers.

In business class, travelers will get sleeper suits for the first time. These are described as relaxed fit poly-cotton sleepwear that comes in two sizes. Business class passengers will also receive new Byredo amenity kits, featuring products from the Swedish brand’s Blanche Eau de Parfum, as well as hand cream and a lip balm. Byredo products will also be available in the lavatories.

In premium economy, passengers will receive new SIA-designed zip pouches with a hand strap, embossed with the carrier’s signature batik motif. Each kit will include a white tea scented lip balm from Ink & Water, the Australian personal care brand. The kit will also contain eyeshades, socks, a dental kit, and more.

Customers in economy will receive a collectible drawstring pouch featuring SIA’s batik motif. It will also contain travel essentials, including eyeshades, socks, and a dental kit.

Of the above, you can expect amenity kits to progressively be rolled out as of November 2026 on flights above six hours. Meanwhile the sleeper suits will be available on select medium haul overnight flights of more than six hours, and on all long haul flights.

The airline is also rolling out new amenities for children. Those traveling in premium cabins on flights above five hours can receive the latest collectible soft toy, which is larger, plusher, and softer to the touch. Through a Disney partnership, the airline also has Pixar’s Toy Story-themed amenities on all flights, ranging from bibs for infants, to a drawstring bag for children ages three to six, to an activity notepad for older children.

My take on Singapore Airlines’ updated inflight amenities

Across the board, these changes from Singapore Airlines seem positive to me. Perhaps the biggest net improvement here is the introduction of pajamas in business class.

Nowadays it’s incredibly common for top airlines to have pajamas in business class, so it’s an area where the carrier has been lagging the competition. That’s especially true when you consider that Singapore Airlines operates the world’s longest flights.

As far as the other changes go, we’re essentially seeing updates to collaborations. For example, up until now, first class and Suites passengers received products from Lalique, while that’s now being changed to Sisley. Personally I’d consider that to be an upgrade, but everyone will have their own preferences.

Meanwhile in business class, amenities are going from Le Labo products in amenity kits and Payot products in lavatories, to Byredo products in both amenities kits and lavatories. Personally, I prefer Le Labo to Byredo, though admittedly there was an inconsistency there in products between the kits and the lavatories, so at least there will now be consistency.

Bottom line

Singapore Airlines is updating its inflight amenities. Across cabins we’re seeing updated amenity kits and pouches, in partnership with new brands. First class will see Sisley products, while business class will see Byredo. On top of that, we’re seeing business class get pajamas, which is also a positive development, especially given the length of flights the airline operates.

What do you make of Singapore Airlines’ updated amenities?

Hope most people change into pj's at seat (maybe under blanket) because everyone going to restroom at once would be a line.

Come on. This is simply not true.

Always found it astonishing that SQ didn't give pajamas on their ultra long haul flights. Glad to see this.

What is a β€œSleep suit”? Must be fancy jargon for pajamas used by Singapore Airlines & repeated here several times. I typically don’t wear a suit to bed but hey, it’s Singapore Airlines!

Or better yet - lounge wear. As if I’d be caught dead in public wearing airline pyjamas.

It's about time SQ offered pajamas in J considering the volume of long-haul flights they serve. The current Le Labo amenity kits have very cheap quality, and a design which is inconsistent with the overall tone of SQ business class. That said, it is always odd when national carriers choose amenity kit brands from overseas, instead of domestic brands, such as Hysses, which is a leading Singaporean aromatherapy and wellness brand.

Finally flew SQ J last week on a 14 hour flight and was impressed and I had high expectations. I love LeLabo, so I’m glad I still got to have that amenity kit and crew was more than happy to give me extras. I have another flight with them in a few months, looking forward to the new amenity kits and PJs. Even UA has consistently offered this on long hauls (10hrs+) and their new Polaris Studio PJs is quite literally THE BEST airline set I’ve ever gotten. It’s incredibly soft, cool and breathable.

SQ has always been stodgy and is once again playing catch-up with other airlines. I won't hold my breath regarding comfort of the new biz seats. The current ones are terrible and well past their prime.

Sisley and Byredo are both interesting (and excellent) choices, IMO. I loved the Penhaligons kits but wasn’t over fond of the Le Labo one I got so I look forward to seeing how the Byredo one is; I generally love their products.

SQ's lack of pajamas in long-haul J was often a slight disappointment, so I'm glad they're adding them; yet, the major thing that needs improvement is updating the seats from the old fold-down lie-flat to a better product. For them to have 'won' #1 airline in the world, both of those issues should've been addressed already. (But, I guess the checks already cleared at Skytrax, so...)

    "...100% cotton sleeper 'suites'..."

    (Think you mean "suits")

SQ is really moving up with the Sisley products - going after AF by any chance? :)

AF has had Sisley products in the LP amenity kit for awhile, but at the same time had Clarins products in the LP lavs, and only switched up the lavs a couple of years ago with the Sisley products, which was about time - the LP kits seemed to say...

AF has had Sisley products in the LP amenity kit for awhile, but at the same time had Clarins products in the LP lavs, and only switched up the lavs a couple of years ago with the Sisley products, which was about time - the LP kits seemed to say "first class" while the lavs said "business." <-- heh heh, get it?

That said, the Sisley Eau de Campagne scent is wonderful - if they made it a drink I would guzzle it. And, interestingly, SQ is using the Eau de Campagne bath and shower gel for the lavs, whilst AF uses the Sisley hand wash in both the lavs and in the LP lounge in CDG. I'm surmising there's not much of a difference between the composition of the two, but from a naming standpoint there's a difference. I pay too much attention to this stuff.

about darn time that it is offering pjs in J. a darn shame that such a lauded carrier that charged a premium for its j class did not offer such a basic item on even its longest international flights.

  13. shoeguy Guest

Nice updates. I do think SQ needs a brand refresh though. While the airline's service and hallmarks are legendary, the design elements of the cabins and the livery are quite dated.

    1. justindev Guest

      @shoe:
Leave the livery alone. It is in no way dated. Instantly recognizable. Brilliantly sophisticated, slick and marvelous.

  14. BBT Guest

Frankly, I'm a pleb so I'll just focus on business class. Its good to finally have pajamas in business class. This is where Singapore airline was falling behind to the likes of EVA Airways and Starlux.

Now they need to expand and upgrade that terminal 3 business class lounge. It gets very crowded and super noisy in the evening hours.

  15. Peter_ Diamond

Fun. Will the kits be on the seats or will you have to ask for one?

As for typos - beer for kids! β€œThose traveling in premium cabins on flights above five hours can receive the latest collectible soft toy, which is lager…”. Also - first class cotton suits not suites.

    1. Ben Schlappig OMAAT

@ Peter_ -- Good question regarding the amenity kits, we'll have to wait and see. I believe they might be handed out during boarding. And thanks for the typo correction -- fixed!

    2. 1990_ Diamond

Bah! Having to verbally request an amenity kit is peak-Singapore Airlines... just when I thought it was only the fold-down seats and the lack of pajamas, having to ask for amenity kits is yet another reason Skytrax's #1 'airline in the world' isn't a legitimate rating system... (pay-to-play).

    1. 1990_ Diamond

P2 got one after mentioning it was their birthday, so maybe adults can have them, too!

The F wash bags look like the Anya Hindmarch BA F washbags from the late 1990s / early 2000s.

    1. TravelinWilly Diamond

They look a far cry better than those grey things BA offered back in the day, with contents that show that SQ actually *cares* about their FC pax.

    2. David Guest

      Grey?
Did you only travel in F once?
They were grey for about 6 months. Then we had a whole kaleidoscope of colour.
My favourite was the green grass one - which was probably designated as the women's version.
They were full of great product - Eve Lom. The Aromatherapuutics mists: Take Off, Cruise and Landing.
      Good times.
